Zero VOCs means that you can use these products with out the hazardous fumes and solvents of traditional finishes. The color kit includes 3ea 4oz water borne acrylic base coat that is used as a base/clear finish system for depth and exceptional wearability. Available in Gloss, Satin and Matte sheens.
